This little guy is from 's comic C'est La Mort, which is featured here on DA. He's also a folkloric creature from Germany, or something to that effect.

I told Inoni I would race her on drawing her character on her livestream yesterday... she won. I kept going after and ended up getting a little carried away with the shading.
